Museo dei Bambini Lecce – Part-Time (20h/week)

Are you a kind person, great with kids, and full of positive energy? We’re looking for a bilingual (English–Italian) facilitator to help bring hands-on science and creative play to life at our interactive children’s museum in Lecce.

🔬 About the Role

As a facilitator, you will:

Welcome families and guide them as they explore our science and play-based exhibits

Lead simple experiments and creative STEM activities

Set up and reset activity stations, keeping the facilities safe, clean, and engaging

Maintain a welcoming environment where children feel free to explore, question, and invent

📋 What We Offer

Part-time contract: 20 hours/week, 3 days a week, weekend is required

CCNL Commercio contract – Level 5

Gross monthly pay: €830

Paid trial period with potential for a long-term role

A collaborative, mission-driven environment with ongoing support and training
