Membership changes how families use the museum. It’s about having a reliable yes — seeing your child recognize spaces, repeat experiments at their own pace, and grow in confidence over time. You’re no longer buying visits. You’re choosing a place your family belongs.

Explorers
€108/ year / Household
Unlimited museum visits Monday–Friday, mornings & evenings for the whole household.
Explorer access is valid on regular museum days only. Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, special events, and peak holiday periods are excluded.

By Invitation Only
The club meets weekly for a two-hour drop-off session focused on developing teamwork skills and readiness for international STEM competitions and study-abroad pathways.

How membership works
Registering your membership
Each membership is valid for one household only. After purchase, please send us the names of all members of your nuclear family. To keep things fair for everyone, names cannot be changed or transferred later.
Booking member visits
Member visits can be booked online in seconds.
Registered adults will need to bring valid ID for verification. Children do not need ID.
BOOKING CONSIDERATIONS
Members may hold one active reservation at a time. Any additional booking made before attending your scheduled visit will be automatically canceled. Please cancel if you can’t make it — missed visits without cancellation affect availability for other families.
When is peak holiday period?
Peak holiday periods include:
Christmas Day → Befana
Good Friday → Festa del Lavoro
August 8 → August 18
On these days, standard admission tickets apply to everyone, including members.
Upgrades & cancellations
Memberships are non-refundable but can be canceled anytime — your benefits will continue through the end of your current term. To upgrade your membership, email us and we’ll credit the remaining value toward your new plan.
Fair Use Policy
Memberships are intended for reasonable, respectful family use. Repeated no-shows, booking abuse, sharing access with non-members, rude or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other families, or failure to respect museum spaces and facilities may result in booking limits, suspension, or termination of membership.
Membership termination
We reserve the right to terminate any membership at any time. If termination is due to misuse or violations of membership terms or the fair use policy, no refund will be issued; otherwise any refund will be calculated based on the remaining value of the membership after deducting the total value of visits or benefits already redeemed.
